Photovoltaic operators: an agricultural partner for your plants
A proven partnership model: EOS runs the agriculture, the PV partner manages the energy.
Structure of the transaction
Oxy Capital EOS incorporates an Agri-Company (OpCo, a wholly-owned Italian agricultural company) which receives from the photovoltaic partner the free right to use the land for 30 years (loan for use). EOS bears the capex and know-how of the agricultural project, retains 100% of the agricultural profits and sells 100% of the oil produced to Olio Dante under a 30-year off-take agreement.

Oxy Capital EOS will create an Agri-Company (an Italian agricultural S.r.l. company) owned 100%, dedicated to the development of the super-intensive agricultural project. Oxy Capital will contribute to the Agri-Company with: the support of the Capex necessary for the agricultural project, the know-how in managing super-intensive agricultural projects, and a long-term marketing contract with its portfolio company Olio Dante.
The Agri-Company will receive the land use right for 30 years.
