Experience in super-intensive olive oil production in Portugal
Many years of experience in super-intensive olive growing in Portugal, across more than 1,500 hectares managed over time — a journey that has also included the disposal (exit) of certain assets at the end of the investment cycle, confirming the validity of the model.
Main assets managed over time: Rabadoa, Quinta de S. Pedro, Pereiro, Zambujal, Courela da Pereira, Chaminé. Over 3,374 sqm of dedicated facilities.
Herdade Santo Isidro, Corte Condessa, Herdade de Santo Tirso, Courela dos Pintos — over 400 sqm of operating facilities.
Installed processing capacity of approximately 900 tonnes/day, including milling and storage services for third-party clients.
The group markets olive oil both in bulk and bottled under the Belloliva brand, covering the entire value chain.

Oxy Capital EOS is a portfolio company of Oxy Capital: an innovative Italian startup registered with the Italian Companies Register, dedicated to inter-row agrivoltaics with olive groves and super-intensive olive growing. It brings to Italy the know-how developed by the group in Portugal, adapted to the Italian agronomic and regulatory context.
EOS acts as the agricultural OpCo in agrivoltaic projects alongside international photovoltaic partners, and operates independently in the super-intensive supply chain through its subsidiary Oro Verde, with the aim of producing high-quality EVO oil in partnership with historic Italian brands such as Olio Dante.

Aedes Group Engineering
For over twenty years, Aedes Group Engineering has been the trusted partner for those seeking innovative and sustainable renewable energy solutions. It has managed permitting activities for more than 1.5 GW of solar plants, delivered over 150 energy audits for leading national industrial groups and designed 2.5 GW of BESS systems. It provides industrial-scale agrivoltaic, photovoltaic and BESS design, permitting, technical and administrative due diligence, works supervision and safety coordination.
Progetto Verde
Since 1986, Progetto Verde has created green spaces that tell a story, easy to manage and sustainable over time. It integrates agriculture and energy to protect the climate and the agrarian landscape, with a team of agronomists, architects, urban planners, engineers, soil scientists and geologists. It works on urban regeneration, environmental protection plans and agrivoltaic plant design, ensuring the sustainable use of agricultural land.
